STONEBRIDGE COMMUNITY

Stonebridge is a golf course community nestled alongside the Jock River, minutes away from schools, retail shopping and recreational facilities within Barrhaven South. Set within 700 acres of rolling countryside, just a twenty-five minute drive from downtown Ottawa, Stonebridge offers a large selection of unique residential properties all surrounding the prestigious Stonebridge Golf & Country Club.  

Stonebridge East

The east side of Jockvale road has been fully developed since 2006. Although the primary builder is Monarch Homes, you will also find homes built by Cardel, Uniform and Valecraft. This is one of the unique features of the east side- the different architectural styles create an aesthetically pleasing neighbourhood. 

You will find the Stonebridge Golf Course Club House, the back nine and direct access to the Jock River, nature trails, a cricket pitch and soccer fields located here.

Stonebridge West

The west side of Jockvale road commenced  development in 2005 and will continue to deliver new home construction, by Monarch Homes until 2015 (projected). There is a selection of homes built by Uniform and Valecraft for resale. There is a splash pad, winter ice rink and park located in the neighbourhood. The front nine of the golf course works its way through the community.

From the Stonebridge Community, you can gain access to Manotick through bicycle trails or five minutes by car. ScotiaBank Place is within 20 minutes for concerts and major events, including the Ottawa Senators.
