The Seller has the opportunity to "Show Case" their home to the public and demonstrate that the list price is supported with value.

 

We want to ensure that the house is properly prepared for agent showings. To ensure that the client has their home ready for 'Showings', we will confirm that the clients 'To do List' has been completed.

 

My client will have their home professionally photographed and they will be provided with a 'Virtual Tour' presentation. Access to a professional home stager and exposure to some of the best professional service providers the city has to offer, will also be provided.

 

The Open House is where we can offer to the Buyer a comparison of our property to other properties listed in the neighbourhood. I will go out and "Preview" a list of properties to ensure that we know exactly what value is being offered in other listings.
