When you enter Stonebridge, this community offers residency for the long term. The Townhome delivers on size, functionality and affordability as well as a sound investment. Whether you are looking to live on the east or west side of the community, determining the value of a property for sale is an exercise requiring research and on-site comparisons.
Price differences can be due to a variety of obvious reasons, like the number of bedrooms, an end unit, or two car garage. Other less obvious features can determine value.

Prices direction has changed, YES, but with what type of home? Make sure you have the right comparables before accepting a home profile and offer price.
ADULT LIFESTYLE HOMES
Home buyers who are down sizing from within the community or entering as a new resident of Stonebridge, need to understand that you cannot build a new Adult Lifestyle home in 2011. The market has been quiet in the first nine months of 2011.
DOM (Days on Market) have been reduced from 48 days in 2010 to 14 days in 2011. This is in part due to no new construction and reduced availability of resale inventory in the first 9 months of 2011.
There is a price point that you need to understand to ensure that you are getting value for your decision.
